Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 35-day return policy for all eligible items. You can initiate a return within 35 days of your purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you have any concerns or issues, contact us immediately at service@shopisee.com.

Important: Returns must be requested within 35 days from the date of purchase.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must show no signs of wear, use, washing, stains, or damage.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging (e.g., protective inserts) must be included.
  • For bundled items (e.g., sets), all pieces must be returned together.
  • Undergarments and bodysuits that have been tried on cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • E-gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased during promotional events (e.g., "Buy 5, Get 1 Free") may be partially returned, with refunds based on the promotional price listed on the receipt.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants) and customized or personalized items (e.g., bespoke orders, beauty products) are non-returnable.
  • Refunds exclude shipping fees, gift wrapping, and any additional service charges.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at service@shopisee.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at service@shopisee.com for assistance.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it under the conditions outlined above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned items. You will be notified via email if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at service@shopisee.com for assistance.


Return Shipping Fees:

  • Returns Due to Customer Preferences: If the return is due to the customer's reason (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as a processing fee of 8% of the product's total price.
  • Returns Due to Merchant's Error: If the return is due to a quality issue or damage during transit caused by the merchant, the merchant will bear the return shipping cost and processing fee.
