Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 35-day return policy for all eligible items. You can initiate a return within 35 days of the purchase date.

🔁 Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

No signs of wear, washing, stains, or damage.

All original packaging materials (e.g., tags, inserts) must be included.

For sets or bundles, all items must be returned together.

Final Sale items and e-gift cards are non-refundable.

Undergarments, bodysuits, and personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene or customization.

Items bought during promotions (e.g., “Buy 5, Get 1 Free”) may be partially returned, but refunds will reflect promotional pricing.

Shipping fees, gift wrapping, and service charges are non-refundable.
📌 Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

Do not return items without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at service@shopisee.com and we’ll make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item following the process above and place a new order separately.
💰 Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the items within 3 business days.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval, first check with your bank or payment provider. If needed, contact us at service@shopisee.com.
🚛 Return Shipping Fees

Customer-initiated returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind):
You are responsible for return shipping costs, plus an 8% restocking fee based on the item’s price. -
Merchant-responsible returns (e.g., quality issue, incorrect item):
We will cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
