Processing Times
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 2 business days.
When will you restock?
We are working hard to do another restock soon. Please join the waitlist here or navigate to a product and click Join The Waitlist for the desired item to be one of the first notified when it is back in stock.
How do l modify or cancel my order?

Ordering Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
How do l track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Or you can track your order by logging in to your account here
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order has been canceled, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method.If you still need assistance, please contact us.
My packages is showing as delivered, but I did not receive it.What should l do?
First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers's electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

Do the products online look accurate?
We has endeavored to optimise the accuracy of all product images and colours featured on the site as much as possible. However, the display of product colours depends significantly on the user’s computer monitor and we cannot guarantee the level of accuracy achieved on every individual user’s monitor.

• Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
• Typically, orders are estimated to arrive in 7-15 days. Occasionally, there might be instances where the logistics information doesn't update or displays a "Delivered" Status even if the package hasn't arrived. In such cases, please allow US to assist you in resolving the issue!
Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on all orders over $59. along with standard and express options for international orders.We use outside delivery companies (E-Packet,EMS,UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS), we cannot guarantee these delivery times. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Changing Shipping Address
Normally the shipping addresses cannot be changed. You can email us to change your address before it has been shipped out.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Missing item(s) from my order?
Sorry an item's missing; please double check it's on your order confirmation, check your emails (including junk/spam) to see if you've been sent an email about your order could be arriving in more than one parcel. If you can't find it and your expected delivery date has passed, then please head over to our Contact Us section and we will sort it for you.
Exchange & Return
What is our return policy?
Please note that due to our factory-direct pricing, we only charge a small service fee to cover operational costs. We kindly ask that returns or exchanges be requested only if there is a quality issue or defect with the product.
If you still wish to return & exchange, please ensure that the product has not been worn, has not been washed, has intact tags, is in its original packaging, and was purchased within 35 days. Free gifts, bras, underwear, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

In order to protect the health and hygiene of all our customers, we ask that you wear underwear or bottoms when trying on items.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items that have been worn outside
• Items that have been washed
• Items with incomplete labels
• Items with incomplete packaging
• Items that are more than 35 days old

Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning items, you are responsible for return shipping costs. You should ship your return yourself. We recommend using an insured, traceable method and we are not responsible for lost packages.In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently shipped you the wrong item, or you have received a damaged item, please email our customer service team at service@shopisee.com immediately so that we can waive your return shipping fee and replace the item for you. Replacement items will be shipped free of charge.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your return. You will be notified via email if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at service@shopisee.com for assistance.
Please note: We are unable to offer free exchanges or free returns for international shipments. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges for original orders are non-refundable.

How do l use a promotion/discount code?
It's easy! Simply enter your promotion code in the discount field during checkout, select "Apply" and the discount will be applied to your order.
Can l use multiple discount codes at one time?
Sorry, but no. You can only use 1 discount code per order. However, you can use a discount code in conjunction with a gift card.
My coupon code is not working,why?
